"Not sure I’d buy this again"
I really wanted to like it, but the quality just didn’t seem great. I only had it for about a week before it broke, so maybe I just got a bad one, but it definitely didn’t feel very durable to me

"I ended up waiting way longer than I…"
I ended up waiting way longer than I expected, and the staff couldn’t seem to find my order anywhere. It was frustrating just standing there while they checked around. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny rubber duck sitting by the register the whole time, which somehow made the wait feel even stranger

"Just not worth the money"
I don’t feel like it was worth the price at all. The shoes were already more expensive than what I saw on other sites, and then once shipping got added, the so-called deal didn’t feel like a deal anymore. I kept thinking I should’ve just bought them somewhere else because the price really didn’t make sense. Too expensive, not much value, and overall just not worth it for me.

"Good selection, but I felt a little misled"
I liked that ShoeShowMega had a bunch of different brands instead of the same few pairs you see on every other site. I found shoes for both me and my kid easily, and the prices weren’t bad. That said, I did feel a little misled because a few sizes looked available at first, but then they were gone or out of stock when I actually tried to order. Overall, it was a decent shopping experience, but I wish the stock info was more reliable...

"They're okay, just not super comfy"
I ordered a pair from shoeshowmega.com and they showed up fine, no issues with shipping or anything. But the comfort wasn’t great. They felt stiff and started rubbing my heel after like an hour of wearing them. Maybe they just need to be broken in a bit, idk, but I was expecting them to feel better out of the box. Not the worst shoes ever, just not comfy enough for me

I was disappointed browsing shoeshowmega.com. I kept clicking around hoping I’d find a cute pair, but so many of the styles felt outdated or just really basic to me. Maybe the selection works for other people, but I didn’t see much I’d actually want to wear. I was expecting better, i feel like an apology would be fair because the shopping experience was a letdown.

I’ll be fair, shopping on SHOE SHOW MEGA was a okay experience. I found the shoes I wanted without much trouble, and checkout was simple enough. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, and the packaging was nothing special, but the shoes were the right ones and arrived in good shape. So I can’t really complain too much. Not amazing, not bad, just an average experience for me.

"Shoes were good, shipping was frustrating"
I ordered a pair of shoes i was already in a impatient mood that week, so the delivery delays made it even more annoying. The date kept getting pushed back and the tracking barely updated, so I found myself checking it over and over. The shoes turned out fine once they finally arrived, but the whole shipping process was a hassle.

The shoes were perfectly fine once they finally arrived, so no real complaints about the product itself. That said, the shipping process was slow, and the tracking information barely updated, which was frustrating. I had no clear idea when the package was actually going to show up. "Checkout was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I was just trying to order a pair of shoes, but the checkout process was kind of a mess. My cart refreshed on me twice, and I had to type all my information in again, which got old fast. What made it more annoying was that the site kept making it feel like I was the one doing something wrong, almost like it was talking down to me instead of just working properly. The payment did eventually go through, and the prices were fine, but the whole checkout experience took way longer than it should have. I almost gave up before finishing the order...

"Fair shipping, which was a relief"
I ordered from shoeshowmega.com mostly because the shipping wasn’t outrageous like it is on so many other sites. Sometimes I get all the way to checkout and feel trapped because I’ve already picked everything out, then suddenly there’s some crazy shipping fee added on. This time it was actually reasonable and easy to see upfront, with no weird surprise charge at the end. My shoes arrived just fine, and I didn’t feel like I got overcharged just to have them shipped. I’d order again for that reason.

"Returns were way more annoying than I expected"
I ordered a pair of shoes and the sizing ended up being off, so I figured I’d just do a quick exchange. Simple enough, right?! Apparently not, because the whole process was more confusing than I expected.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I had to really pay attention to all the return instructions. It felt like a lot of effort for something that was just supposed to be swapping one size for another.

I did eventually get it sorted out, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure the size would fit.

I’ll admit, I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was a little torn about ordering here. But the discounts at checkout definitely made the decision easier and made the whole purchase feel a lot better. It’s always nice when the final total comes in lower than expected

I ordered a pair of shoes from shoeshowmega and once they shipped, the tracking updated quickly. I was able to see where the package was, and the delivery date was mostly accurate, except it changed once by a day. I’m not the most patient person, so when the first email took a little longer to show up, I kept refreshing my order page like that was going to make it come faster. Other than that, everything was fine. The shoes arrived in good shape, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"I was actually surprised how easy…"
I was actually surprised how easy the site was to move around on. Like, I could search for what I wanted and then filter by size and color without digging through a million things, which was nice. Also the pages loaded fast for me, so that helped. Checkout was simple too, nothing super fancy or anything, but that’s fine. I just wanted to find shoes and not get lost on the site, and it did that.

"Pretty close fit, just a little narrow at first"
I ordered a pair of sandals from ShoeShowMega because I needed something easy to throw on for errands and random weekend stuff. I usually wear a size 8, so I went with an 8, and they fit pretty much how I expected. No weird tight spots, and my feet weren’t sliding around or anything. They did feel a little narrow when I first put them on, which had me slightly worried, but after wearing them around for a day, they loosened up enough and felt fine. Overall, the sizing info was reliable, and I’d say they’re true to size.

"Everything showed up right"
I was kind of expecting at least one little mix-up because that tends to happen sometimes, but nope, the order was correct. Everything I asked for was there, nothing random thrown in, nothing missing. Simple, but I appreciated it.
